I am excited to share Module 2: Creating a Personal Practice to Pause, Saturday, May 6, 2:15-4:15pm, at Michael's Body Scenes. Now, more than ever, self-care is imperative. The spirit of health has many facets, but the main one for me is a personal yoga practice. It's my way of keeping track of myself. 

If your first defense sounds like, “I don’t have time,” or “I have no idea what to do,” then this workshop is for you. Join me for this two hour lecture/asana/meditation where I will provide you with various daily home practices that will help you feel and stay grounded and connected. This time we will focus on Pranayama (breathwork), Asana (Movement), and Mantra Meditation. YOU DO NOT NEED Module 1 (4/8) to benefit from this workshop. You will leave with resources and inspiration! This is ideal for students or teachers of all levels.
