I am excited to share, Creating a Personal Practice to Pause. Now, more than ever, self-care is imperative. Self-care has many facets, but the main one for me is a personal yoga practice. It's my way of keeping track of myself. I have committed to a balanced daily routine that nourishes my body, mind and spirit. Some days I only have 10 minutes and other days I have an hour or more. Some days I only practice a few restorative/yin poses; or I put on great music and flow until my heart is pumping; other days the best I can do is sit (or lay down!) to meditate. Join me for this 2 hour workshop where I will provide you with various daily home practices so you feel and stay grounded and connected. You'll leave with resources and inspiration! This is perfect for the new, seasoned, teacher, or student of yoga.
