Yin Yoga works on a very deep level to awaken the connective tissue (fascia) of your body. The key to the Yin Yoga experience is 3 fold: take the shape of the pose, find stillness and surrender, and hold the pose for 3 to 5 minutes. This less dynamic practice promotes stress relief and a deeper state of meditation and relaxation. No yoga experience needed; just an open, willing attitude to surrender, slow down and come back into balance.
